Patty is the best! I have had several pressing needs for someone to make WordPress content changes to a website that I manage. Not only that, I needed someone to explain things to me regarding how pages render, how they can improve marketing strategies and best practices for ongoing maintenance. Patty made me feel very comfortable from the get go. Communication is her strength. She has the ability to speak technical and doesn’t mind explaining things from a very high level when I get lost in translation.
